We are Mark and Erica, your 5-star Property Management Consultants. We have several years’ experience in managing all types of rental properties and we now specialize in vacation rental set up and management. We offer a variety of services at a great price, and we have the reviews to prove we know what we are talking about!
We spent a year starting up a new hotel in the Long Beach Area, and we killed it! Anchor Pointe Inn retained and even strengthened its super host status on Airbnb with 27 rentals, despite the many challenges that come with establishing a new boutique hotel in a heavily-industrialized area. We enjoyed every moment meeting and hosting all of the very nice people that came to us from all over the world. Unfortunately (for us), we did our job so well that we weren’t needed there anymore and we have now moved to the Antelope Valley.
Here, we hope to partner with those who own homes in the area and help them set up their properties for rental on one or more of the many vacation rental platforms now available. We are currently operating and maintaining a very successful rental in Rosamond called The Yellow House on the Prairie.
