This spot is a great getaway that works well for a group - great to have a washer and dryer and a big living room to relax in. Mark and Eric are super friendly and helpful if you need anything, and it is a nice and peaceful area!

Cozy home to come to and relax. Very close to Willow Springs racetrack. I would book this place again.

Such a cute place!! We really enjoyed our stay, especially watching the sun set/stars from the large front porch.

Awesome place for the value. Internet was less than 10mb/s but very reliable for work. Beautiful views of the sunset over the desert/mountains and stars at night. Checkin/out was easy, and Mark+Erica were very accommodating of our late arrival.

The yellow house was located in an area that worked well for us visiting my dad that lives in Rosamond.
The people that manage it were so helpful and were there to help if needed.

Simple, clean, quiet and safe. It was perfect for the time we needed to be in town for a short business trip.. Mark-N-Erica accommodated quickly to our very last minute changes and met our needs. Thanks !

The house was perfect for the small get together we had with my family . It was comfy, and fit well to how they described it . We loved the privacy and especially that we could be as loud as we wanted with our music without a problem . (:

As mentioned in their listing, it's a little bit hard to find so be sure to get there when there's still day light! We had to get there late at night due to some delays with work, so it took us a bit more time and effort to locate the house. 😛
