On August 18, 2018 Mark and Erica agreed to sign a contract with JK Hospitality Inc. to operate a startup hotel in Wilmington, CA known as the Anchor Pointe Inn. This inn had a very peculiar decor. Oak Terrace Apartments

The Oak Terrace Apartments are a 3-floor, 36 unit secure building of active senior living quarters. This building was built by the owner himself in 1980. This place was a joy to be at and we got to meet some great people.
